Enric Vallribera

Half logic, half imagination.Always building something.

I design, build and ship digital products and video games from start to finish. For more than 15 years I’ve been turning ideas into things that work, with AI as a superpower, not a crutch.

Availablefor projects, consulting and challenges worth taking on.

Play with my cards

My cards aren’t just a metaphor: play with them. Three fights against real problems, about five minutes. Play them well and no problem stands a chance.

The game needs JavaScript. Meanwhile, my cards are just below.

Enric vs. the problems

A deckbuilder played with my cards. Three real problems: a fuzzy idea, some legacy code and a deadline.

How to play
  • Drag your cards: attacks onto the problem; block and the rest anywhere up top. You get 3 energy each turn and each card costs what its corner says.
  • Above the problem you’ll see what it’s about to do: block it or hit it first.
  • Block stops damage. Exposed: takes 50% more damage.
  • After each win, pick a new card for your deck.

Shortcuts: 1–9 plays a card · E ends the turn

My cards

Eight things I do really well, and the proof. I combine them every day: that’s the fun part.

  • IdeaImagination

I turn a fuzzy idea into a clear product

Who it’s for, what problem it solves and what it has to nail from day one. I’ve been helping startups answer that before they spend a cent since 2011.

“Every great idea started out looking silly.”

  • DesignImagination

I design things people get at first glance

Interfaces, design systems, brand identities and even physical products. I once handled a brand’s entire image, from the website to the T-shirts.

“If it needs explaining, it needs redesigning.”

  • CodeLogic

I build end to end, from the server to the pixel

Frontend, backend, real time and deployment. I’ve built entire platforms from scratch: live auctions, collaborative editors and analytics engines.

“Works on my machine. And on yours too.”

    Proof
    • Checkauto
    • Coodice
    • Analytics engine
  • DataLogic

    I make data make sense

I built an analytics engine from scratch that replaces Qlik, faster and with a modern interface. Also algorithms that value a car from market data.

“A good chart is worth a thousand meetings.”

    Proof
    • Analytics engine
    • Checkauto
  • AILogic

I get out of AI what others can’t

I build AI into real products so it saves real work, design how a team works with agents without lowering the bar, and use it to explore ten ideas where there used to be room for one.

    “A superpower, not a crutch.”

  • LaunchBusiness

I get things into people’s hands

Shipping on the App Store and Google Play, localising into ten languages, pricing and planning the launch. What separates a project from a product.

“If it isn’t shipped, it doesn’t exist.”

  • TeamBusiness

I make teams perform better (and learn)

I’ve been a Technical Lead, trained teams in new technologies and AI, and advised founders. I like leaving teams better than I found them.

“Alone you go fast; together you go far.”

What I’ve shipped

Games I’ve designed, built and published with Waypaut. Plus one more fresh out of the oven.

More things I’ve built

Platforms, products and brands from over the years. Some are still alive; all of them taught me something.

  • Analytics engine

    Live

    B2B data platform

I rebuilt from scratch how a data platform computes and draws its analytics, replacing Qlik: faster, more flexible and with a modern interface. Complete with its own component library for every product and AI features for its customers.

    Real-time car auctions

An auction platform for dealerships and workshops, with live bidding and a valuation engine that prices each car from market data. I built all of it: product, design, front end, API and algorithms.

How I work

Four rules that have worked for me on every project.

  1. Problem first, technology second

The tool gets chosen last. First I work out what hurts, for whom and how much.

  2. Something you can touch, as soon as possible

I’d rather argue over a prototype in hand than over a forty-page document.

  3. I drive the AI, not the other way round

I know what to ask it, how to check it and when not to use it. That’s how I get there sooner without lowering the bar.

  4. The details are the product

If I wouldn’t enjoy using it every day, I don’t ship it.

About me

Olesa de Montserrat, Barcelona

I’m Enric. I grew up with an Amstrad and I’ve been tinkering ever since: systems and networks, development, design, games and, now, AI.

I’m as logical as I am creative, and I enjoy both at the same time: I can draw the character and program the engine that moves it.

I live in Olesa de Montserrat, at the foot of the mountain. When I’m not building something, I’m playing what others have built, to learn how they did it.
